Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox had studied for three years at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. The money she earned came from a student allowance and took off on a part-time job to supplement her funds. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents weren't as good as those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she began thinking about other options she could pursue. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. She left the band shortly before their appearance on I.T.V's Talent show New Faces. The main part of her role was the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. The band she was in, was introduced to Dave Stewart. Together they would form The Eurythmics Pop duo. Lennox was then able to begin work on her debut solo album Diva and it was released around 1992. It was a massive hit both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennoxs six-album solo that was released in October 2014 was Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. is a selection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tunes from her upbringing. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox published Lepidoptera a collection comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. First album of hers, Now I Letting You Go... is the soundtrack to her exhibit of work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on December 25. She is a social activist, philanthropist as well as a singer. The Tourists gained some minor recognition for her and Dave Stewart's work during the 1970s. The group went on in the 1980s, to be the cult duo Eurythmics. The year 1992 was the year Lennox started her own solo career with their debut record Diva which yielded numerous successful songs, such as Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa the 1995 studio album features covers of tracks like No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer has recorded six solo studio albums, as well as one compilation album to her credit.
